Elementary PREP ONLY meets on Sunday, March 26, 2023!

We, the Parish Religious Education Program (PREP) – formally known as CCD or catechism – strive to nurture and deepen the faith of St. Bede families through our commitment to faith-filled and family-centered catechesis.
Our mission is to make our Catholic faith come alive in the hearts, minds and actions of St. Bede children and their families. Forming a partnership with families, we seek to connect faith to the everyday lives of our children by way of textbook and Bible work, music, story telling, crafts and liturgies. We use the public school calendar, meeting August through May.
- PRE-K | KINDERGARTEN
- Our pre-school class consists of a combined Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten classes (4 & 5 year olds) Sunday mornings during the 9:00 am Mass.
- ELEMENTARY
- We offer elementary classes for Grades 1–6 on Sunday mornings from 10:05-10:55 am.
It is expected all families actively participate in our St. Bede weekend and Holy Day liturgies, as the Eucharist is the source and sumimit of our faith.
Session dates are incorporated into the public school calendars of both La Canada and Glendale Unified School Districts. A calendar will be provided in August to all registered families.
- REGISTRATION FEES
- $125.00 per registered parishioner; $90.00 per additional family member;
- $175.00 per student for non-registered parishioners.
