SESSIONS INCLUDE:
Good Grief is a structured six week bereavement support group with a defined agenda for each of the six meetings per offering. It is held twice yearly (Spring and Fall) to assist those who have lost a loved one through death. The six week course provides those grieving an opportunity to share with others in small group settings. Informational sessions include: moving through grief, coping with loneliness and depressions, what is good grief and bad grief, stress management, learning to live alone, and learning to let go. Most importantly, Good Grief focuses those participating on helping each other move through the rough times associated with losing a loved one. The group course is facilitated by Cynthia Pygin and members of the bereavement ministry
