PREP 2021-2022
Online Registration/Payment
Welcome to the Parish Religious Education Program (PREP) at St. Bede the Venerable Roman Catholic Church. Please complete the following form to register student(s) in the 2021-22 school year.
Our pre-school sessions consist of combined Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten classes (4 & 5 year olds). Our catechists have come up with great ways of keeping your student engaged and excited about learning thier faith.
Our elementary sessions for grades 1-6 meet according to the CDC and Archdiocese guidleine. Families are encouraged to attend Mass in person or watch via live stream at 11:00am on Sundays. Our home study program may blend in to our distance learning, if needed. All cirriculum supplies are provided.
It is expected all families actively participate in our St. Bede weekend and Holy Day liturgies, as the Eucharist is the source and sumimit of our faith.
If your family is registered as St. Bede parishioners, the fee is $125 per student (and $100 per additional family member) which covers materials, catechist training, etc. We welcome non-parishioners as well; however, the fee for children whose families are not registered as parishioners is $175 per child.
Session dates are incorporated into the public school calendars of both La Canada and Glendale Unified School Districts. A calendar will be provided in August to all registered families.
After submitting this online form to register your child in our 2021-2022 PREP classes, you may receive several other pieces of information including the Empowring God's Children form which needs to be signed and returned to the PREP Office and a list of supplies that are always needed in the PREP Office.
If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact Moira Arjani, Director of Religious Education at 818-949-4323 or by email to moira@bede.org.
Thank you and many blessings to your family.
If the child you are registering is a second or subsequent registration, please use this amount.
CVV2 is an important feature ensuring security when you are using your credit card for transactions on the Internet and over the phone. "CVV" is an abbreviation for "Card Verification Value". For Discover Card the same thing is called the "Cardmember ID".
Most credit cards, such as *Visa*, *Mastercard*, and *Discover*, have a three-digit CVV2 number printed in the signature space on the back. It is always the last group of numbers in the signature space on the back of the card. Please keep in mind that it is NOT part of your regular credit card number.
The American Express verification number is a 4-digit number printed on the front of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number.
The CVV2 is a means of fraud protection that helps validate two things: that the customer has the credit card in their possession and that the credit card number is legitimate.
By preventing fraud CVV2 helps keep costs down for everyone.
It may take a moment for your information to be submitted.
