Wednesday Women's Bible Discussion Group
We are a group of women of all ages who meet in the Mother Teresa Room on Wednesdays (September through May) from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. to discuss the Old and New Testament Scriptures.
We vary our focus each year in order to discover the continuity of God’s message found in both Testaments.
Our weekly discussions spring forth from a group of questions that cover a chapter or two in the Book chosen. These questions are provided in advance for the participants. Prior to each week's group meeting, you are asked to read the assigned Scriptures and write down your response to them.
We have found that it is the individual responses to God’s Word that makes for a fruitful discussion for all.
Each year’s classes begin on either the 2nd or 3rd week of September and end in May.
We honor the school and legal holidays. To accommodate our busy lives, we take a 'holiday' break from our studies, beginning Thanksgiving week. Our studies resume in January on the first Wednesday after the schools' Christmas break.
