Knights of Columbus
The Knights of Columbus (Council 3254) is a Catholic fraternal organization serving the local parishes of St. Bede, Holy Redeemer and St. James. Social and intellectual fellowship is promoted among members and their families through educational, charitable, and other works. We also serve the local communities. We raise money for scholarships (graduating eighth graders) at the parish schools through our pancake breakfasts. We sponsor a parish spelling bee and council wide "free throw" contest.
Council 3254 annually raises money for Rancho San Antonio (Boy's Town of the West) and supports Tierra Del Sol. We raise money for the Special Olympics. We also volunteer to help with the Montrose Oktoberfest.
